Cultural Insight
Becky: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Carl: When it comes to candy in Sweden, there are many unique types that are exclusive to the country. For example, saltlakrits or “salty liquorice” is a salty candy with no added sugar and is one of the most popular sweets in Sweden. You should try it! Perhaps you'll find a new delicacy you enjoy, or will at the very least have a food experience you'll never forget.

Becky: And that’s all for this lesson. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in the next lesson!

Hej Cisco,

Det låter jättegott. Jag saknar svenska kanelbullar och chokladbollar! (That sounds delicious. I miss Swedish cinnamon buns and chocolate balls.) 😄

Hej Adolf,

Förra veckan köpte jag dammsugare och de var läckra.

(Last week i purchased vacuum cleaners and they were delicious.)

Jag gillade också chokladbollarna.

(I also liked the chocolate balls.)

Skål,

(Cheers,)

Du kan säga "Jag studerar hela tiden." (You can say "I study all the time.") :innocent:
