HideDo you usually haggle the price?
Hej Adolf,
Det har du nog rätt i! (You're probably right about that!)
(Yes, sometimes I think that the unfriendliness is a facade so that you will buy goods for a higher price.)

( haggle with the local peddler, maybe can promote my language skills )
men kanske är en ovänliga priset mask: Han vill locka dig att köpa annat:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
( but, an unfriendly price maybe is a mask:He wants to entice you to buy other things )

Hej Adolf,
(You never haggle when you are out traveling?) :open_mouth:

Hej Kazys Barniskis!
Tack själv! (Thank you too)
By the way, "thank you" in Swedish is spelled "tack" :innocent:
Have a great day and don't hesitate to ask questions!

Tak!
Hej Ruba!

Hej Nackros!
Yes, you are correct. We can only do it at flea markets and fruit stands. We would not do it in a regular shop with set prices! :innocent:
Usually the sellers at fruit stands and flea markets want to sell their things as fast as possible, since the fruit and vegetables get bad, and the things at the flea markets are things that the sellers don't want anymore.
Have a great day!

Hej allihopa!
Ruba
Where exactly can you haggle the price? Is that only at flea markets and such? Fruit stands? Please help me understand the culture :flushed:
