Hej James,

It sounds like you have a strong stomach. I don't think you would get sick from eating the dish, however you might not like the flavour and smell.

If you ever get a chance to try it, please let us know what you thought.

I am curious if I'll get sick if I try Surströmming. I heard about the smell. But I'm used to eating fermented food. Being half Korean, Kimchi is a national food. I've had some over 5 years old. It's cabbage with clams and fish oil with salt and spices, and left to ferment in a refrigerator for several weeks before eating. I've also eaten lots of raw seafood.... So I don't know how I'll feel about Northern Sweden's favorite summer dish.

Hej Engla!

Vad bra! Mest godkända patent! Det gör man stolt.

Med Jasmin sa någonting som gäller numren, hon sa (with over 271 per a million people).

(and in 2008 Sweden also reported the highest number of patent application per a milion inhabitant) jag förstod inte det.

Hej Hej Ruba!

Jag ska försöka översätta åt dig! :innocent:

Pacemakern är en svensk uppfinning! Vet du vad en pacemaker är?

Sverige har mest godkända patent i Europa! Alltså mest uppfinningar, kan man säga.

Ha det bra!

Hej allihopa!

Thank you all for this big effort and for these great information!

It was great to know more about sweden, although I knew the first quiz :sunglasses:

But unfortunately I could not understand the whole audio 100% because I do not speak English as a native language, It's Arabic that is my mother languge, so I have a question: what is the thing that sweden had the highest number for a Europian country? And can you please tell me what are the mentioned invenion in the audio??

Tack så mycket för era ansträngningar!
