In my opinion being able to slow the words down a bit would be wonderful considering pronunciation is definitely important :) I feel as though the speakers sometimes say it a little fast, and between the male and the female, they both kind of pronounce the words differently.

A good Swedish expression for "Enough is enough!" is "Nu får det vara nog! 😠" 😁 You can also say "Nu räcker det!" I would say "Nu får det vara nog" is a slightly more intense way to express it. Hope that helps!
